    What can people tell me about THE INVESTMENT CLUB.
    and also  MERLOT INVESTMENTS.

    As far as I'm aware, Investment Club finds properties for investors plus they have affiliations with financers and other supplies.  I'm always a fan of taking charge of your own destiny.

    I agree. I have thought about the Investor Club as well, but I have heard the properties they sell are a little overpriced.   So look into it carefully before you jump in.  I guess if you will have a long time in the market – it may eventually pay off.

    Hi there I have been to a few investor club seminars etc and made comparisons on their prices with actual prices in similar and same areas and have found them to be virtualy the same.

    I really dont think the Investor Club are out to rip anyone off and thats a big call for me.
