Conference 2016 was great. Terrific training ground for everyone, whether new to investing or a seasoned investor.
The presenters were terrific and I was able to gain some insight from every session. A good mixture of technical
and mindset this year. Certainly helped me with perspective on my current and future position. I would recommend

How would I go about finding a good project manager for development and renos.
I just cannot do all the work by myself and thought it would be better to get someone experienced but

If you have a PPR and want to turn it into a rental property, is it an idea to get a property valuation around the time tenants are about to move into the property or just after they move in, for tax purposes. Not sure so hoping someone can give me some advice on this

Personally I would prefer the front unit, because the other units are linked in one way or another. Unit one is on its own. There would be three issues I would think about. 1) how busy is the road.
