    Hey guys

Im only new to the forum but have found it very helpful and the members all comforting in helping us new comer’s.

I am looking to purchase my first peice of property – how ever I havent made up my mind on where to invest on what type of property.

I own a company called braaap.com.au and we distribute dirt bikes across Australia.

Is it possible to claim a first home owners grant if I purchase a shop fron with a house attached to it?

is it the same if i get a ware house type venue with a house attached to it?

    Look forward to your replies.

    Thanks Heaps

I think if the home can be legally used as a residence, then it will be ok:

“an eligible home will be located in Australia and will be a new or established house, home unit, flat or other type of self contained fixed dwelling that lawfully can be used as a place of residence.”
