    Hi All,

      Interesting to read every ones opinion in the forum.

    I was wondering if there are any experienced investors that have been in the following position and had any investment strategy suggestions.

    PPOR paid off

    top tax bracket from job income

    residential properties to offset some income tax

    looking to boost income with CF+ investments (possibily commercial property) but unsure the best way to structure these investments. is it best to keep building portfolio under individuals name and pay high tax on the extra income?, or start a trust or holding company but have other costs that make this structure not so efficient while in the early stages.

    Hello Sundance,

    I am looking for something to read on property investing, i read steves books years ago. what is your opinion on the other books? sorry i am to far away from coopers plains to buy your books.

    Hi Jay,

      hows your research going? lots of great info in the forums on this site.  I am also going to give it a go myself and will head over there for a look in sept. 
      is there anyway to chat on this site? it would be good to chat to someone with the same goals.

    Hi Kea,

      These  sort of companies usualy have a one off fee between $3k and $5K plus the US agents fee of aprox $1.5k each property. They usualy email examples of houses for sale and there fee will be displayed on the break down of costs. just ask for one of there info packs and it should have everything. there are also a few others that do the same sort of thing just make sure you do your own research as well.

      I am also interested in some more information on your services. Do your properties fit the americans 50% / 2% rules? what are your fees?
     At the moment i am looking into setting up LLC and bank account then heading over to Sin city late sept, will you still be there then?
     Do you know the pros/cons of setting up a LLC in Nevada? compared to other states if making purchases in other states?
     Do you have any suggestions of agents or lawyers to use to set up a LLC, or is this included in your services?
