									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I was taught from day 1 that a discretionary trust under a company was always the wasy to go so that you achieved the maximum protection.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t forget also about the land tax situation. If you&#8217;re getting up towards the land tax figure, start up discretionary trust #2, #3, #4 etc so there is no liability there.</p>

<p>I design &amp; build sheds, garages &amp; carports on the Sunshine Coast.  The Council fees are probably correct, the certifier is really the best way to go, he would only do a final inspection anyway,so his costs are minimal, the majority of fees are swallowed up by council.</p>
