<p>Landlord insurance is like most other forms of insurance &#8211; it is not necessarily a legal requirement, but it&#8217;s a bloody good idea.</p>

We were the only two cars in our lane though so it didn&#8217;t affect anyone else &#8211; the guy was furious &#8211; even more so when my little brother got a bit, umm, cheeky, so to speak.</p>
