I would&#8217;nt sell anything in the short/medium term. Prop 1 &amp; 2 may be your golden goose over time. I agree with most of what has been said. rarely get positive geared/cash positive property with sustained capital gains. Also new or near new for depreciation. I have sent you an e-mail regarding a unit development I am involved in which may be of interest if cash/gear positive is what you are looking for.<br />
