Beachlands would be my pick as well, I have notice from my past PI that the cheaper places increase the most % wise. There are still good streets in Rangway, but you would have to have a look or get someone to look for you as I found some streets are OK while others are a bit rought.<br />

I would not say my PI is a boiled lolly, it is a good buy. The point I making is we don’t know in 18 months time there will be chocolates around, could be upswing and only old boiled around.
