									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Adrian &nbsp;throw an add on Gumtree, i found there are litterally dozens wanting work in Townsville, &nbsp;and a lot willing to travel. &nbsp;Certainly a turnaround &nbsp;from a few years ago when they all thought they were worth gold.</p>
