<p>You will need to contact your local council or their website to find out the rebate amount as I don&#8217;t know if it is the same for all councils.  Ours depends on the size of the tank as it varies on the size.  Just a tip put in the biggest tank you are able to accommodate.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Our council sent out a special sign to put near our letter box which had the size of our water tank &amp; that alternative water supply was in use.  It just came in the mail last week, because we had it inspected when we applied for the rebate these signs were sent to households with tanks.</p>

I laughed when I saw the name   as it always comes up at BBQ&#8217;s  when everyone has nightmare tales to tell.  I may be doing Norseman an injustice but somehow I don&#8217;t think so.  Buyer beware!!</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We put a water tank in at PPOR &amp; have not regretted it as with the water restrictions we can keep our garden wash the car etc.  Recouping our money would take along time though.   As for an investment property I don&#8217;t think it would add value.  If in the future you wanted to sell then I would consider it ,but only then.</p>

<p>I don&#8217;t know where you live but with us our council will not just let you chop down a tree unless it is causing danger to property.  We have to get a specialist to prove this &amp; then go back to the council.  So my suggestion is check with the council before you even consider touching your tree. My husband &amp; I put in a 5200 ltr water tank 18mths ago &amp; while to recoup our money will take along time I feel we are doing our bit. <p>The ferry hasn&#8217;t grown too much of anything &amp; not sure it will.  The Ettalong suburb has gone up in value though &amp; with the new club that has been open for awhile now does quite well with the tourists &amp; locals.<br />

All I can say is that researching &amp; watching a list of stocks is a good idea for 2-3 mths but papertrading them is easier when money   is not on the line.
