Buying first house though auction is brave, don&#039;t get hurt..&nbsp;</p>

<p>The best I got was borrowing 100k from Macquarie bank and only paying interest pm with a stop loss so basically it becomes a win win situation though the risk is you may make no money but your leveraging 100k and only paying interest lol</p>
