Note the contract was signed on the 28/12/07 so we didnt want a cut off date for the inspection as we didnt know how quickly we could get it done due to holidays etc.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Thanks for the replies Carlin and Steve, i will get some quotes ASAP the house is unoccupied and the vendor has never lived in it so i dont think they will want to fix any of the problems so a reduction in price will hopefully resolve the issues. The loan would be interest only and fixed.  At least by keeping the property you are still gaining capital growth whilst also using the equity to buy other investments. I would only advocate selling IP properties in order to pay off your PPOR (bad debt).
