<p>I live in the so called bush, a hundred k&#8217;s from Cairns in North Queenaland.</p>
<p>My calculations:-  you may only get about 70 allotments out of 80,000 M2, all depends on the size the town plan allows.</p>
<p>3.5 &#8211; 800 M2 blocks per acre, and 80,000 M2 = 20 acres.</p>

All depends on condition, 10g for not too bad, 20g for ok and 30g for good, costs about 40g to shift and set up again.<br />
Some removal firms even buy them, set them up on another block and sell them off.<br />

You should get about 350 house allotments out of your 100 acres, at a cost of approx 25 to 30,000 to develop each block.<br />
Do it in stages, a surveyer will know how many.</p>
<p>Anyhoo  350 blocks with a profit of around 40,000 = 14 million dollars.</p>
<p>If you let a chance like that slip through your fingers,  I for one will never speak to you again.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Had the same problem, valuer was $ 400 G below the comparable properties presented to him, it made no difference, the bank went with his, until I got nasty, and now we are all friends again.</p>
<p>Tell the bank you will leave, and what they are going to miss out on if you do.</p>

the penalties are far too high if you need to break out,<br />

<p>Don&#8217;t forget the interest on borrowings, untill you have sold enough blocks, and then taxes.</p>

PLUS Council Fees + Charges + Contributions, Surveyers, Engineers etc. etc.</p>
