Hate to tell you but only Albany Creek is Brisbane and even that comes under the Pine Shire. All the other suburbs are on the Sunshine Coast except for Russell Island and well that&#8217;s in Moreton Bay. They are going to build a bridge across from the mainland one day but do not buy on the basis that happens in your lifetime.</p>
