<p>Thsi will allow you to claim the same benefits as an indiviual with Capital Gains Tax. It will also allow you to minimise tax legally, and efficiently.</p>

<p>Should you register for GST, you will be able to claim the GST components of the property costs.</p>
<p>As true blue mentioned, its mainly used in commercial, but I dont see why it cant be used for residential.</p>

<p>Im sure this will work in reverse, if the loan originated from NZ.</p>
