I would say the prices have gone up about 50% in 2.5 years based on what I have seen and I do keep an eye out for Springvale as I now live in the suburb so I believe my estimation is close to the mark.</p>

Many come there to live so there is a high owner occupier rate. If you can get a place close to the railway station, you will have a good investment. Renters are easy to find and will pay top dollar. <p>Any profit is subject to a CGT, regardless of whether you set up a trust or a company, isn&#8217;t it? If you set up as a trust or company you simply limit the CGT to 30%.</p>
