<p>as Terry said, there is some scope if the lvr is sub 80, and v little scope above with mainstream lenders.</p>

<p>so if building is 210sqm it is ..</p>
<p>210 x 0.1076 = 22.596sq&#8217;s</p>
<p>and to go backwards is multiply sq&#8217;s x 9.2906</p>
<p>i feel the confusion is only due to the closeness in terminology of the modern metric measure &#8211; sqm as opposed to the imperial sq&#8217;s</p>
