They have been around for a while now and some have lasted a while.

Remember that they need to do 3-4 times the business for the same income. Who would you prefer to be looking after your needs?

Having said that – it is a free market and you should try them if a rebate is important to you. Let us all know how you get on.

    Nice website.

I have never heard of BMC as a lender. What sort of rates do they offer?

Why have you chosen to offer your clients just the one lender? I am impressed – my business couldn’t run with one lender but it must make your job so much simpler – esp as you need to keep up with all those different areas.

I hope you go from strength to strength and I will give you a call when I make my next managed funds purchase.

    Hi Simon,

Thank you for the compliment about our website.

BMC has been around for years. They have offices in Sydney and Melbourne and have competitive rates for residential and commercial mortgages.

Yes, we are involved in many products and we intend to stick with BMC for the time being. If I find we cannot help a client mortgage wise, I can refer them to yourself, if you approve.

    Regards,

Ther are too many brokers around any way – where i live there is 11 brokers and 5 banks on the same road, surley these people must be find it hard to survive – thats why they are giving cash back to get the business …

Actually very few do use a rebate as part of their business model. None I know personally do so.

There are a lot left over from the halycon days of the recent boom. Time should sort out those who are worth keeping I hope.

    Good pojnt.
