This property will eventually be an investment property after I live in it for a year so a 100% loan would be ideal and bring the lvr down using property growth eventually removing my dad as Garentor </p>

Just wanted some direction, Im 21 and recently bought a house 2 months ago with my partner for 290k. I have a room mate who pays rent weekly $150. </p>

I&#039;m an electrician and pretty&nbsp; handy on the tools could do most of the work myself but cost of materials is still quite expensive. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>What about when the banks want a lump sum principle payment do I just leverage that by selling &nbsp;IP. Also is it worth trying to add value to our PPOR&nbsp;eg, pergola decking adding toilet.&nbsp;</p>
<p>So save as much into an offset account and use that as a deposit for the next home?&nbsp;</p>
