Camder is right, they normally ask &#8216;is the property going to be visited regularly&#8217; when you ask them to clarify vacancy. It will be tenanted when you finish working on it. <p>1. getting a job, perhaps in a relavent field; and<br />
2. live at home for as long as possible.</p>
<p>Keep reading and educating yourself and surround yourself with like-minded people.</p>
