We have a house that we have almost finished renovating, and have struck an in principle agreement with a local hotel to rent the house out fully furnished. Currently there is no rental agent  involved.
Has anyone done something similar where you are leading the building to a company for them to house staff in, and how have you structured the lease. Have you treated it as more of a standard rental agreement or more a commercial one?

Since you’re renting out a fully furnished house to a business entity rather than individual tenants, it leans more towards a commercial agreement IMO.
