Housing Commission – Wagga Wagga

Hi all,

I have been looking at buying an investment property in Wagga Wagga, however have noticed a lot of homes on the market are in a housing commission area.

Conscious of the obvious pros being stronger yields, but on the flip side higher risk in tenants.

Would love to get any feedback/experience in either housing commission investments, or the Wagga Wagga area in general.

I am looking around here due to my limited deposit funds, so trying to stretch the dollar!
