looking to hear from people that have made dual occupancy/ dual key/ rooming accomodation purchases of new constructions in the brisbane and redlands area in the last 7 years. In particular people living in sydney that have had the concept introduced a their broker and were then directed to a particular real estate agent and/ or builder, and also people with enforcement notices issued on these new constructions.
if they have a development permit there wont be any enforcement notices issued.
