This bank does not operate in Australia but offers expat mortgages. Should I disclose my neutral geared property investments and shares in Australia to them? Will this hurt or help my application? Can foreign banks check credit history in Australia? Not disclosure on an application form is actually Mortgage fraud so upto you whether you want to go this route.
