    Hi Guys,
    Looking for potential partners to come on board with builder for 50/50 split on new townhouses sites and duplexes in SE Qld.
    I have completed several subdivisions and builds, from 2 townhouse sites to 8 unit walk ups. Both with JV partners and own my own.
    I have 2 properties currently off market that I am looking at. I will be building 2 new townhouses on each and looking for a JV partner to help complete the transaction.
    If you are interested please let me know.
    I also take on client builds with their plans or ours.
    References and referrals from both previous JV partners and client builds available.
