Any one else think there could be a lot of value in the addition of a “contractor reccomendations” section in the forum? eg do you have a painter that you’ve used who does a great job, or a top notch cleaning crew that you use at the end of your leases etc?
Finding these kinds of people are a valuable resource to making money efficiently from rentals and wondering if other people on the forum think that one section for recommendations might add value to all of us.
