    Hi Everyone,

    I have a large piece of land in Maddington, WA (21km to CBD) and aside from just selling it I would like to subdivide/develop on it to reap the maximum benefit. The problem is this land is zoned as General Industry and there aren’t that many developers around who specializes in this type of development. Any ideas?

    – Looks at renting to companies for storage or lease or something that would benefit a company or business
    – Wait till there is need for that land
    – Sell it

    Since, you have a large acre of land, you can invest as agriculturalist. If you are interested in agriculture.
