    Short Answer, YES.

    But its obscenely difficult, time consuming and you need a little bit of luck along the way too.

    There’s a few companies out there that specialising in educating and up-skilling people to attack the property game and I’ve found CCORP to be the best and most informative of those. Going it alone and without a good understanding can be really damaging and cost you heaps of time and money.

    It really is quite a risk so it pays to be prepared.

    hello all

    It all has to do with strategy you need to buy the right time and right location taking into consideration that properties take at lease 7 to 10 years until you can see the benefits of the increase in value.

    I agree if you start early you will get closer to a wealthy lifestyle.

    According to seminars I have been to we can all afford to purchase at least one property every year using equity :)
