Hello All,
I am trying to find out the pros and cons about investing in the us. Properties are at rock bottom and I am really considering to invest in property there. Has anyone heard of the company http://www.myusaproperty.com.au at all?
They are based here in Australia and I have got some info from them but as usual very sceptical because of the risk of the unknown and being here in Australia.
If someone can shed some light on this that would be fantastic!

I am looking at buying a property in dallas region the property is located in wylie for price of $60000
My fiance lives there we are looking at buying a home for her for now and when she moves here for her kids to stay in the property
any assistance in doing this would be greatly appreciated
