Hi I am new to the forum.  My building has just begun litigation with the builder over $4M worth of defects.  We are only at the discovery stage.  I am keen to sell my unit but don't know when might be a good time.  The agents I have spoken to advise that the earliest time would be after the lawsuit is settled one way or the other and before defect rectification starts.  Has anyone else experienced a similar issue and if so could you please share your thoughts on the subject?  Thanks!
