I have been making enquires about a couple of self contained cabins that will no doubt be positive cashflow investments (numbers have all been done), however, the real estate agent told me that they do not have a title, and that the 92 year lease between the owner and park is the only paperwork I will have that says I actually own the cabin.  Should this be of concern to me?  I have never tried to buy a property without title and am a bit cautious.  Thanks in advance for any advice.

the land is usually leasehold but the lease is registered at the titles office.
At least that's the case with the cabin I own.
It's a 99 year lease and all legally set out.
