    Hi,

    Just in case there are any last minute people out there who have lost or forgotten the details for this weekend's conference – here they are again for easy reference.:

    Conference Logistics
    =====

    The conference runs over the following dates and times:

    Friday 11th April: Registration from 8:30am; Conference 10am until 5pm
    Saturday 12th April: Conference 10am until 5pm
    Sunday 13th April: Conference 9am until 4pm

    The registration area is located on the ground foyer. Enter via Lorne Street.

    Venue
    =====

    The venue is ‘Sebel Albert Park Melbourne’ – a five star hotel and conference facility, the address of which is:

    65 Queens Road
    Albert Park, Victoria
    Phone: 1800 633 888.

    The premises are located on picturesque Albert Park Lake, which wedged between Melbourne’s outer CBD and the St Kilda precinct.

    If catching a cab, it will take approx 40 minutes from the airport or 10 minutes from the city (non peak).

    Accommodation
    =====

    If you are looking for accommodation then rooms are available at The Sebel. We recommend that you book quickly though as there is limited supply.

    You can either book online with their flexible rates, or ring the hotel direct on 1800 633 888. If calling be sure to mention that you will be attending the conference as that will allow you to access a reduced room rate.

    Should you be on a tight budget then it may be wise to check out the deals available at http://www.wotif.com Aside from the Sebel, there are other serviced accommodation options and other hotels within the immediate vicinity.

    Parking
    =====

    The venue operates a car park beneath their hotel (with a 400 car capacity) for $12 a day/exit, which is open 24 hours/day, 7 days a week. You enter this carpark via the Lorne Street entrance. Alternatively there is a Wilson’s Carpark 50 metres from the Conference also off Lorne street, however it is not open on weekends.

    Metered street parking is also available around the area. Be careful though – the parking inspectors are red hot.

    What To Bring
    =====

    In order to gain entry to the conference you will need to submit a properly completed and signed disclaimer form. While spares will be available at the registration desk, to ensure you aren’t unnecessary held up, we recommend you download it now and complete it in advance.

    Other than your disclaimer, we recommend you also bring:

    1. Layers of clothes, as the temperature within the seminar rooms can be cool
    2. Your own snacks, especially if you have special dietary snack needs or tend to get the munchies. Please note that we’ll be providing you with a basic lunch and afternoon tea
    3. Appropriate writing materials and note paper
    4. A calculator (financial calculator is best)
    5. Your business cards for networking
