i have seen this property advertised with the title of "expression of interest"

my question is how does one get around being the first to mention a price
as according to Steve, the person who does mention it first losses .

also are there any property investors meeting in se qld and if so what do they talk about or what happens
    in the meetings
    thanks brad

Be the first to ask for an "indication of the price range".  Give the impression you want to know if its something you would like on your radar or not.

Some will tell you, others will request you submit your offer.

I just ask the agent .  Sometimes they're cagey but I always press for a price – I tell them I'm not interested in wasting time.  I usually get an indication.

    Regards
