    Would there be anybody who would recommend a reliable property manager in Clayton South area?

    the unit is a little challenging, it has got 3 bedrooms, mostly renting to Uni students and current owner is managing it but there is no bond and there is only verbal agreements. So would prefer service of reliable property manager that has got experience to deal with potential difficult tenants and eviction issues..[biggrin]
