    Hi All
Heard a rumour they are planning to introduce land tax in SA if you own more than one property.
Does anyone know any facts/details on this?
    Thanks, Diane

Hate to give you bad news Diane, but SA already has land tax. There is a threshold of $50,000 (land value only) and then $50,001 to $300,000 it is .35% of each dollar above $50,000.

This is only for property you own other than you PPoR.
