woundering if anybody has purchased property off the plan, Im about to go into a syndicate on townhouses 4 entries and you can sell or keep the property, some margin for the people following up the construction but seems to be priced about 30 to 40 % below market valuations the property will show a small +cash flow.?
whast are some the loops ??
