Hi Guys,
I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction (website) where I can read all about Wrapping.
I’m trying to learn as much as I can about investing and I keep coming accross the term “wrapping” and want to learn more about it.
Failing that, if anyone has the time to totally explain it to me I’m all ears.

You have come to the right place. I recommend the best place to start to get an idea of what its all about, is to read Steve’s book “0 to 130 properties…).
Other than that, jump on the ‘wrapping’ forum topic and ask away!!‘wrapping’ is when you onsell a property to someone who pays you in installments. It is just like a normal sale – usually a 30 day or 42 settlement period. But with wraps you have a 30 year settlement period, you give the new purchaser permission to reside in the property during this period and they agree to pay you some interest and capital every month until it is paid off.
