Capital gains tax accountant

Hello fellow P.I.s
Could anyone please advise me of an acccountant who specializes in residential property in Melbourne.
My partner and I have decided to go our seperate ways after 14 years , and in that time we have created a tangled web of his, hers and our properties.
Most of these properties are to be sold off and whilst we have agreed in general , who gets what, we are both unsure how bigga slice of the pie the ATO will want.
Calculating capital gains with so many variables seems a daunting task.
Any help is much appreciated,

Don’t forget that you can transfer properties without stamp duty or CGT payable on a separation. But watch out for CGT impregnated properties as you will inherit the debt.
