    Hi Everyone
    Just thought I would let you know that we have a venue for our 1st cashflow game in Hunter Valley. YEAH!! [:D]
    It will be held on Thursday 10th July at 6pm at the:
    Maitland District Leagues Club
    Bulwer Street Maitland
    (accross from Kmart and next to IGA)
    There are food and beverages available.
    Please send me an email to [email protected] to let me know if you are able to attend (and bring some friends![;)])
    This will be a great opportunity to blow the dust of the old cashflow game and to network with some like minded people!

    Hi! everyone seems to be talking about the Cashflow game. is this the one created by the author of rich dad poor dad? i’m based in melbourne and i’d love to play this game. who knows when is the next game is held in melbourne?

    I have been thinking of buying Cashflow the game and was wondering if you purchased it in Melbourne or did you buy in over the net on Rich Dad’s website?
    If I am correct it costs around $345 AUS.

    I hope you guys in NSW have a great game! It also sounds like a great way to get together and bounce ideas off each other. [:)]

    I own this game – a friend has it at the moment – but I have never played it.

    I would be interested in playing with a group of like minded people.

    Hwd007 – have you played yet? How can we set another one up. Would you be interested?

    I played the CashFlow 101 game and found it was interesting. I played it with the National Property Investors club. Cost me $10 for casual entry, as I’m not a member. It was amusing.

    The one thing that I did’ not like so much was the element of luck in involved. I admit luck is in real life, but I just felt it could have had less focus on the luck element and more focus on the developing good investment strategies element.

    Also its focus was on investment in general rather than solely property investment. I mean you could end up with a gold coin from the deck of cards, or shares, or property, or baby expenses etc…

    I’m not sure I would spend $345 on this game.

    I’m sure it serves a useful purpose, but I would like to play a game that was more oriented to just residential property investment. I have yet to see one that meets that criteria.

    Happy to hear from anyone who knows of one.
