    Hello,

Generally not. These fees are payable depending on the contract. Some are paid after settlement, some are paid with an initial deposit, and the remainder after settlment.

    We generally charge after settlement.

    Sorry David,

I was trying to see where these costs would be accounted for in the case studies that were given to us at the course.

    Thanks and regards

    Hey 4walls,
How is the wonderful land of my birth
    (Singapore).

Anyway on to your question. It would fit into the other buying costs section if my memory serves me correctly.
    Hope this helps.

    Enjoy
