    Hi all,

Given the most important element in any property investing is your tenant / buyer, understanding their nature will uncover the property you need to control.

Can anyone direct me to a few books or articles which discuss the phsyce of tenants?

Bit like opening Pandora’s Box…  Mario

Don’t get trapped in paralysis by analyst on tenants when deciding on what property to buy. you have bigger considerations.

Mario, am happy to send you 2 new books on being a new landlord and about tenants for free to help you out.  Is aimed at the NZ market, but much is the same as over there, especially on hints etc on how to treat your tenants.
In exchange I will get you to tell anyone you know that is interested in properties in NZ to email me and go on my newsletter/property deals list.
