I have not said the suburb as i didn’t want to be breaking any rules of advertising,
i had it under contract and the buyer couldnt get the finance.

i wasnt sure i could as a thought it would be advertising.
It is a block in a quiet fishing village, 40 mins from brisbane and 40 from the sunshine coast.
It is in Toorbul. Very close to the water, from memory the block is 660 sqm.Toorbul is not for everyone perhaps your parents can retire there. It is not a big town, but to be so close to everything (Ocean Fishing) at a fraction of the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane prices is a bargin.
