This may be too personal, but those of you who visit regularly and give much appreciated advise are well known to many of us. I was wondering if forumites would be willing to share the number and types of properties you own. What kind of spread between commercial, retail and residential property you have.
And maybe the types of properties that interest you at the moment.

I dont think it is too personal to ask this here, after all we dont use our real names, as far as im concerned it doesnt worry me!

I have 3 houses and one apartment.

1 House in suburban Perth (close to the beach)
1 Apartment 4km from the CBD in Perth
    1 House in Tassie
1 House in Melbourne (close to beach, currently going to council with plans for 2 houses to replace the current one)

My next property, (I think) will be either another apartment around 150 – 180k or another dual occ potential house for up to 300k…

Just settled on the Melb one so will wait another 6 months before I buy again :-)

Just love developing 3×2 4×2 homes, may do a block of units sum time and sell each unit.
    No more pesky tenants.

I have 2 rentals in merriwa (perth) and 2 blocks in yanchep (ocean lagoon)

I started with the rental side of things, then I saw the potential to make quick $$$ on doing house and land packages – hence buying the blocks in yanchep:)

184 held in Qld all wrapped or with some form of Vendor Finance.

Like Robert i believe it is time to take a break from direct property investment and believe you can direct your capital to higher earning yields elsewhere.

Oh by the way 2 still in the SE of England and 4 properties in California which i have had for 20 years.

    Cheers Richard
