So what wording should a trust have if it was to own, sell, hold, property, borrow money to purchase property, distribute funds, add remove benifiicaries as required, work under a company structure ,
Can a trust all so own a company I.e
Company A is trustee for XM trust
XM trust owns/director & operates Company B+
Company B+ is say a building company that carries out work for XM trust & public works And pays dividends to XM trust
How many trusts can company A be trustee for
