3.	When we applied for the loan, we never requested loan term but bank issued the loan for just 5 years<br />

Make a soft copy of the contract and supply to the buyers through an email, if they request.<br />
Any one can request the contract with out putting an offer on the property. I think cost will be around 700-1500 but not sure.</p>

Currently Existing home has 2 kitchens and 3 showers. You can easily convert one 3 bedroom home and other one as 2 bedroom home by closing the internal door of the property. both of them will have its own showers and kitchens.
