Just bought the tickets online for a trip mid June to early July. Flights are so cheap, $232 to Auckland and $135 back from Christchurch (inc tax & charges). Taking wife and two teenage daughters for a well deserved holiday, sightseeing, sking and hopefully to purchase a property.

I would not hesitate to recommend these properties but due diligence is required. We are now about to invest in another two, three or four.

I started out with 10% deposits because I thought you had to do that but why tie up your money if you do not have to. I suppose you have to be genuine and not muck agents/vendors around by pulling out all the time.
