If you are comfortable, the general rule is buy when the market is down. Obviously, no one knows where the bottom is exactly until its too late. So if its for pleasure, sure. Why not?</p>

<p>Granny flats go up fast. The pre-built stuff will go up about as fast as one from a home builder. Many people don&#039;t realize once you have closed the place in you are at the half way mark. They have no limit on unit size, and the house and unit can be rented to two separate families on the one title!
