<p>It is possible to use Australian structures to own your units in the UK trust. &nbsp;</p>
<p>The legal structures are very similar but the tax treatments, rates etc are all different.<br />

<p>All has to be National Consumer Credit Protection Act compliant now, so Australia wide. &nbsp;The main difference for us is we don&#039;t do the conveyance out side of QLD when exercised and we have to adapt the Power of Attorney Act references.</p>
