Brad i have purchased through housebuyers usa. No problems at all. Yes you pay for a service but i have found Nathanial and his team always quick to respond to messages or issues. Even over 12 mths after purchase.<br />

Filled out 1 form and they took care of the rest.I even have a guy on the ground who i have authorised to take car of any bank drams if need be. Cant complain about that service !</p>
