    Hi All ….

    I have been keeping a close eye on foreclosures in Texas.

    Looking for a crew with a solid reputation in property management.

    I have come across:

    International Investment Property Group (IIPG PTY LTD) and
    IIPG Limited Liability Company (IIPG LLC)

    Hi Margaret,

    Thanks for the post. It's wise to seek referrals, especially when dealing in a foregin investment market.

    I have not personally heard of either group. Perhaps if I could ask you a couple of questions:

    a) What are you looking for (by way of service)?
    b) What are you prepared to pay for it?

    I am not solicitoring business, just interested to hear your expectations. As you outline them, someone else may be able to help you with a recommendation.

    sorry i havent heard of these companies either. Talk to them. Find out the names of the people
    who run the company …..and google them.  Get some background on the people as well as the company.

    It is too easy for dodgey people to hide behind a new company name. Get addresses of properties they have sold and are offering to sell and reseach them as well. Even if you dont want to buy that property it gives you an insight into the areas they
    work in and the types of properties they offer. Without doing your own DD you cant blame anyone if it turns to poop

    Hi Margaret

    I have not heard of the group either, however there seem to be many companies dealing in the United States. I have been involved in San Antonio Texas since November 2005. I currently run services through Cash Flow Capital. If you go to the web site and click on the US link you can watch a 70 minute webinar I did recently. Just look at it from an information point of view.

    My experience is that the most important thing about US investing is who you are dealing with on the Ground. Hope this provides you with some information.

    Hi everyone
    Thank you for the info.
    What I would like to say is that I have character references about the people in IIPG, and it's great.  So I have absolutely no dramas with handing my cash to these guys and leaving it with them based on that.

    So, I just need to know that they are doing the work right. What all property management groups are SUPPOSED to offer.
    Firstly, I'm new at anything 'property', so I don't even know what a PMG is supposed to offer, or what cost is acceptable.

    What I do know however, is what I have researched about Texas, and whether I should be purchasing foreclosures there …. and I can tell you without a doubt ~ THAT'S where my money will go if anywhere.

    IIPG specialise in foreclosures in Texas …. perfect, as far as I can see; but now I need a little more than a guideline as to what I'm wanting from them….. I want step by step instructions because this is MY money we're talking about.

    So as I've already mentioned …. AAA+++ rating for these guys based on character …. now where do I go to find out how they rate on the market ?
